§ 40:69A-132 — Bond of treasurer and collector
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The treasurer and the collector shall each give bond, at the expense of the municipality, in accordance with general law. L.1950, c. 210, p. 498, s. 13-18, eff. June 8, 1950.
