§ 40:69A-115 — Adoption by municipalities under 12,000; applicable laws

New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The form of government provided in this article shall be known as the "small municipality plan." It may be adopted by any municipality having a population of less than 12,000 inhabitants and shall, together with articles 2 and 17, govern any municipality the voters of which have adopted the plan pursuant to this act. L.1950, c. 210, p. 495, s. 13-1, eff. June 8, 1950. Amended by L.1981, c. 465, s. 29, eff. Jan. 9, 1982.
