§ 4:5A-26 — Rules and regulations
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
The department may adopt and promulgate rules and regulations necessary in carrying out the provisions of this act to prevent the spread of disease among domestic animals. L.1983, c. 179, s. 7, eff. May 10, 1983.
