Text
No person shall operate or conduct a disposal plant without a license from the department. The department shall, by rule and regulation adopted in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), set fees for licenses and set reasonable inspection and sanitation standards for operators, buildings, containers and vehicles. Fees for licensing shall cover clerical, printing and inspection costs of the department. L.1983, c. 179, s. 2, eff. May 10, 1983.
