16.The State Soil Conservation Committee in consultation with the Department of Environmental Protection and the Aquaculture Advisory Council, shall develop, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), management practices for control of soil erosion and sedimentation for aquacultural systems. L.1997,c.236,s.16.
