§ 4:27-14 — Agriculture programs applicable to aquaculture.

14.Notwithstanding any law, or regulations to the contrary, all State grant and loan, financial, and insurance programs that apply to agriculture as of the effective date of this act shall apply also to aquaculture. L.1997,c.236,s.14.
