§ 4:24-54 — Liberal construction
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
This act shall be liberally construed to effectuate the purpose and intent thereof. L.1975, c. 251, s. 16, eff. Jan. 1, 1976.
