Text
Upon the effective date of a division of a district or the combination of 2 or more districts, the terms of office of the supervisors theretofore in office shall terminate and new supervisors, appointed by the State Soil Conservation Committee in accordance with Revised Statutes 4:24-12, shall take office as the governing body of the district or districts so created. L.1966, c. 77, s. 3, eff. June 14, 1966.
