Text
The governing body of the district shall consist of five supervisors, appointed by the State Soil Conservation Committee. The five supervisors shall be legal residents of the district. Amended by L.1966, c. 77, s. 5, eff. June 14, 1966; L.1977, c. 264, s. 1, eff. Oct. 18, 1977.
