Any petitioner aggrieved by an order of the board granting or denying, in whole or in part, the relief sought of the supervisors of the district, or any intervening party, shall be entitled to a review of such order in the Superior Court by a proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ. Amended by L.1953, c. 5, p. 56, s. 103.
