Text
Each leaf composting facility located on agricultural or horticultural land, or on lands owned or operated by a recognized academic institution, shall operate in accordance with the conditions specified in the program of agricultural management practices developed by the New Jersey Cooperative Extension Service of Rutgers, The State University, and approved by the department. L.1989,c.151,s.8.
