Text
A pet cemetery which commences operations on or after the effective date of this act and which provides for the permanent, below-ground interments of pets shall consist of not less than five contiguous acres of real property in total area, including any structures, facilities or buildings situated thereon which are related to pet cemetery purposes. L. 1985, c. 401, s. 2.
