§ 4:22A-13 — Forms; rules, regulations
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
The department, after consultation with the Departments of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, shall adopt the forms, rules and regulations, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary to carry out the provisions of this act, including, but not limited to, the following: a. Pet cemetery disclosure forms required under section 4 of this act; b. Pet disposal forms required under section 10 of this act; c. Health standards for pet cemeteries required under section 11 of this act; d. Registration forms for pet cemeteries required under section 12 of this act; and e. A public information program to assist members of the general public in understanding the provisions of this act. L. 1985, c. 401, s. 14, eff. Jan. 8, 1986.
