Text
The program shall be conducted on a voluntary basis for all landowners in the program area; the provisions of any law to the contrary notwithstanding, it is the intention of this act to prohibit the exercise of eminent domain by the State, or any agency or instrumentality thereof, in acquiring development easements to prime agricultural lands pursuant to the provisions of this act. L.1976, c. 50, s. 7, eff. July 22, 1976.
