Text

Following the purchase by the State of any development easement to prime agricultural land as provided by this act, the owner of such lands shall cause a statement containing the conditions of such conveyance and the terms of the restrictions on the use and development of such land to be attached to and recorded with the deed to such land in the same manner as such deed was originally recorded. L.1976, c. 50, s. 11, eff. July 22, 1976.
