§ 3B:3-10 — Incorporation by reference
New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
Any writing in existence when a will is executed may be incorporated by reference if the language of the will manifests this intent and describes the writing sufficiently to permit its identification. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:3-10, eff. May 1, 1982.
