Text
As used in this article, "nontestamentary trustee" means any owner of real or personal property who holds title thereto subject to equitable duties to deal with the property for the benefit of another or others arising from an express intention to create those duties manifested in writing otherwise than by a will or other testamentary disposition of property. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:17-9, eff. May 1, 1982.
