Text
If the exercise of power concerning the estate is improper, the conservator is liable to the conservatee or interested persons for damage or loss resulting from breach of his fiduciary duty to the same extent as a trustee of an express trust. L.1983, c. 192, s. 1, eff. May 23, 1983.
