§ 3B:13A-12 — "Process" defined
New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
The word "process" as used in N.J.S. 3B:13A-10 and N.J.S. 3B:13A-11 shall have the same meaning as set forth in N.J.S. 3B:14-46. L.1983, c. 192, s. 1, eff. May 23, 1983.
