Service of process under N.J.S. 3B:13A-10 shall be made by leaving a copy of the process with the clerk of the court together with a fee of $2.00 to be taxed in the costs. The clerk shall forthwith notify the conservator of the service by mailing a letter, with a copy of the process served enclosed, with full postage prepaid, directed to the conservator at the post office address given in the power of attorney.
