§ 3B:13A-31 — Determining issues of liability between estate and conservator

New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
Any question of liability between the estate and the conservator individually may be determined in a proceeding for accounting, surcharge, or indemnification, or other appropriate proceeding or action. L.1983, c. 192, s. 1, eff. May 23, 1983.
