New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
The provisions of this title shall apply to any wills of decedents dying on or after September 1, 1978. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:1-8, eff. May 1, 1982.
