3B:3-34. Unless a will expressly provides otherwise, it is construed to pass all property the testator owns at death including property acquired after the execution of the will, and all property acquired by the estate after the testator's death. L.1981, c.405, s.3B:3-34, eff. May 1, 1982; amended 2004, c.132, s.30.
