New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
To be effective to prove the transfer of any property or to nominate an executor, a will must be admitted to probate. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:3-18, eff. May 1, 1982.
