§ 39:7-6 — Record kept by commissioner
New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
The director shall keep a record of processes served pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, which shall show the day and hour of such service. Amended by L.1949, c. 190, p. 638, s. 4.
