Text
The fee of $5.00 paid by the plaintiff to the director at the time of service and the cost of giving notice as provided in this chapter shall be taxed in plaintiff's costs if he prevails in the action. Amended by L.1949, c. 190, p. 637, s. 3; L.1975, c. 180, s. 14, eff. Jan. 1, 1976.
