§ 39:5B-30 — Transportation of hazardous materials
New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
The transportation of hazardous materials in this State shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of P.L. 1983, c. 401 (C. 39:5B-25 et seq.) and this amendatory and supplementary act, except that this section shall not be construed to limit the application or enforcement of the system of reporting the generation, transportation, storage and disposal of hazardous wastes required to be reported to the Department of Environmental Protection on the special waste manifest pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:26-7.1 et seq., or as otherwise provided by law. L. 1985, c. 415, s. 1, eff. Jan. 13, 1986.
