Text
Where a certificate of handling is required by law and has been issued by the State Department of Environmental Protection, it shall be unlawful to ship or transport, or cause to be shipped or transported, by motor vehicle over the highways of this State the radioactive material in any manner or condition that constitutes a deviation from the conditions of the certificate of handling. L.1983, c. 102, s. 5, eff. March 14, 1983.
