§ 39:12-9 — Renewal no bar to revocation or suspension
New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
9.Notwithstanding the renewal of a license, the director may revoke or suspend such license or endorsement for causes and violations, as prescribed by this act, occurring during any prior license period. L.1951,c.216,s.9; amended 1991,c.452,s.11.
