Text
No person shall give instruction in the operation of a motor vehicle at a drivers' school unless both the instructor and student wear seat belts at all times during a driving lesson, regardless of which person is operating the vehicle. A person who violates this act shall be subject to a fine of $25.00 for the first offense and $50.00 for a subsequent offense. L.1984, c. 51, s. 1, eff. June 14, 1984.
