§ 38A:7-5 — Inactive National Guard
New Jersey·Title 38A MILITARY AND VETERANS LAW
There may be an inactive National Guard consisting of officers and enlisted members. The composition, purposes and general regulations governing the same shall be in accordance with Federal laws and regulations. L.1963, c. 109.
