§ 38A:7-2 — Use of designations
New Jersey·Title 38A MILITARY AND VETERANS LAW
During the absence of any organization or unit of the National Guard in Federal service, its organization or unit designation shall not be given to or used by any other organization or unit. L.1963, c. 109.
