§ 38A:21A-10 — Annual report, Governor, Legislature.

10. The Veteran Advocate shall report annually to the Governor, the Legislature, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), and the head of the department on: the activities of the office; priorities for veteran’s services provided by the department that have been identified by the Veteran Advocate; and recommendations for improvement or necessary changes concerning the provision of services by the department.
