§ 38A:21-14 — Department of Veterans Affairs, annual budget.

38A:21-14. a. The department shall submit its annual budget request directly to the Governor and the State Treasurer. b. The commissioner may demand and receive, for the services of the department, except for establishment of veteran status, such fees as the commissioner shall determine. The commissioner shall keep a true record and account of fees received on behalf of the department pursuant to this section and shall pay the same into the State Treasury in the manner prescribed by law.
