38A:21-13. The personnel of the Department of Veterans Affairs shall consist of the following classes of employees: a. Classified civil service employees.

b.Unclassified civil service employees, who may be relieved, suspended, or discharged for good cause. Such personnel shall be administered as far as practicable under similar regulations as those applicable to classified civil service. L.2025, c.139, s.11.
