§ 38:23B-11 — Bank making loan to co-operate with commissioner
New Jersey·Title 38 MILITIA--SOLDIERS, SAILORS AND MARINES
Any bank making a veterans' loan shall co-operate with the commissioner in supervising the use of the credit in accordance with its purposes. L.1944, c. 126, p. 347, s. 11.
