§ 38:23B-10 — Effect of approval
New Jersey·Title 38 MILITIA--SOLDIERS, SAILORS AND MARINES
Upon approval by the commissioner of a veterans' loan application, any bank may make the loan as approved and upon the terms and conditions required under this act. L.1944, c. 126, p. 347, s. 10, eff. July 1, 1944.
