There is hereby created a Construction Safety Section in the Bureau of Engineering and Safety in the Division of Labor, Department of Labor and Industry, the function of which shall be, under the direction of the commissioner, to administer and enforce the provisions of this act, and to perform such other duties as the commissioner may direct or as may be provided by law. L.1962, c. 45, s. 8.
