2.The following terms wherever used or referred to in this act shall have the following meanings unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context; a. "Act" means this act and rules and regulations promulgated and adopted hereunder.
b."Approved" means approved by the commissioner.
c."Bureau" means Bureau of Engineering and Safety in the Division of Labor, Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
d."Commissioner" means the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development, or his authorized representative.
e.(Deleted by amendment, P.L.2007, c.39).
f."Department" means the Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
g."Employee" means any person suffered or permitted to work by an employer, having a specific regard to any of the activities included i
