§ 34:15D-8 — Employment, training services; criteria.

8.
a.No employment and training services shall be obtained from a service provider with moneys from the fund unless the provider is located in New Jersey and the provider is an approved service provider, except that, in the case of occupational safety and health training, the service provider shall be approved by the commissioner in consultation with the Commissioner of Health and Senior Services.
b.No service provider shall be approved to be funded by the program to provide an employment and training service unless the provider agrees to provide the service to each trainee referred to it on a first-come, first-served basis, up to the total number of trainees that the provider agrees to serve. This subsection shall not be construed as limiting or curtailing in any way an employer's right
