New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
11.The commissioner shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2018, c.10, s.11.
