§ 34:11A-12 — Additional remedies
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
The remedies provided pursuant to the act shall be in addition and not in lieu of any other remedies provided under the laws of this State. L. 1987, c. 150, s. 12.
