§ 34:11A-10 — Responsibility for damages
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
If a notice filed pursuant to section 4 of this act is willfully or knowingly in excess of the amounts due the fringe benefit fund, the fund shall be responsible for any damages incurred. L. 1987, c. 150, s. 10.
