§ 34:5-177 — Burden of care
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
This act shall not in any way increase the burden of care ordinarily imposed by the common law of the State upon those within its jurisdiction. L.1962, c. 45, s. 12.
