Text
The directors, officers and employees of the fund shall, with respect to any claim arising out of or in connection with the exercise of their duties or in the course of their employment as directors, officers or employees, be deemed to be officers or employees of the state where the claim arises, and any liability arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of that state. L. 1987, c. 57, s. 10.
