In pursuance of Article III of said compact there shall be three members (hereinafter called commissioners) of the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission (hereinafter called commission) from the State of New Jersey. The first commissioner from the State of New Jersey shall be the president of the Board of Fish and Game Commissioners of the State of New Jersey ex officio, and the term of any such ex-officio commissioner shall terminate at the time he ceases to hold said office of president of the Board of Fish and Game Commissioners and his successor as commissioner shall be his successor as president of the Board of Fish and Game Commissioners.
