§ 32:21-10 — Application to Congress for approval
New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
The Governor is hereby authorized to apply on behalf of the State of New Jersey to the Congress of the United States for its consent and approval of such supplemental compact. L.1950, c. 275, p. 932, s. 3.
