32:19-5. Any powers herein granted to the Interstate Environmental Commission shall be regarded as in aid of and supplemental to and in no case a limitation upon any of the powers vested in said commission by the states of New York and New Jersey and/or by congress or the terms of the compact. Amended 2000, c.6, s.7.
