§ 32:19A-3 — Use of services, facilities, information.
New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
3.In carrying out its functions under this act, the Interstate Environmental Commission shall make use of the services, facilities and information of existing state, local and federal agencies wherever feasible and available. L.1961,c.105,s.3; amended 2000, c.6, s.11.
