§ 32:11D-8 — Commission membership
New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
The commission shall consist of the Governors of the signatory States, ex officio, and 1 commissioner to be appointed by the President of the United States to serve during the term of office of the President. L.1961, c. 13, p. 48, s. 2.2.
